There is so much guessing that goes into building a business.
And so many of the things that keep entrepreneurs spinning their wheels for weeks or months could be solved through ONE honest conversation with the right person.
That is why I believe coaching, mentorship, community and having trusted people in your corner are essential if you want to take your life’s work seriously.

That was basically my family’s perspective for the first decade of my entrepreneurial career. They eventually kind of came around... even though, I know my dad still couldn’t tell you what I do for a living. LOL
They love me. They believe in me as much as they know how.
But they have absolutely no idea what I am building, why I keep taking these risks or how any of it is supposed to make money.
And that can be a lonely place to build from.
Because sometimes you need to talk with people who understand why you’re obsessing over your offer, rethinking your pricing at midnight, dreaming about a new partnership or feeling called to create something that does not exist yet.
You need people who do not look at your biggest ideas like you’ve lost your mind.
You need people who help you make them real.
Because when we’re inside our own businesses, we cannot always see the whole picture.
We make decisions from our own little internal thought chamber. We second-guess ourselves. We say yes to too many things.
We waste time becoming mediocre at work someone else would do brilliantly. (don’t do that!)
Years ago, the first part of my business I handed off was bookkeeping because I fucking hated it.
Then I found people to support our technology, systems and design.
Then video and audio editing.
Over time, I built a dream team around the work so I could spend more of my life doing what I am actually here to do:
Creating.
Teaching.
Serving people.
Building relationships.
Facilitating transformation.
And bringing magical ideas to life.
That experience has shaped everything we’re now building through Majik Media.
