Here is the simplest content strategy to create revenue & momentum month-after-month (without burning your audience out on the “same’ol offering”…)
Two weeks ago inside Majik Mind, I talked about the three-tier model. Low, mid, high. Simple. Foundational. Necessary.
But here’s what most people do after they set that up…
They pick one thing…and then they just keep trying to sell that same thing over and over again.
And then they wonder why:
their list stops responding
their sales feel flat
their energy drops
It’s not because your offer is bad.
It’s because you’re stuck in a single selling cycle.
The Real Problem: You Need to Think of your Business and Sales in Cycles
Your business isn’t one thing.
It’s a series of selling cycles.
At any given moment, you might be:
filling a workshop
selling a 1:1 package
enrolling a group program
promoting a membership
launching a retreat
And each of those requires a different kind of attention.
The mistake is thinking you should always be selling the same thing.
Because when you do that:
you burn your audience out
you miss people at different price points
you limit how people can engage with you
Some people want a $100 entry point.
Some are ready for $5K+.
Some want community.
Some want 1:1 intimacy.
Your job is to meet them where they are… AND unfortunately you can’t sell all the things, all the times, all at once.
You need to be focused on your content and selling strategy.

Instead of trying to sell everything at once…
or pushing the same thing forever…
You pick ONE focus at a time.
Then you rotate.
30 days. 60 days. 90 days.
Whatever fits your rhythm.
Right now, for me, it’s a 60-day cycle focused on the Signature Workshop Retreat.
That’s the arrow.
But here’s what happens…
As I focus on that, people who aren’t ready for the retreat?
They drop into the DIY training instead. (or my Majik Mind membership)
So one focus creates multiple revenue streams.
That’s the game.

When Tad and I first ran the workshop on “Business Without Social Media”…

Here it is.
Let’s say you have something to sell in the next 30 days.
You run a 21-day content strategy cycle:
Step 1: Launch Email
“Hey, I’m doing this thing.”
what it is
who it’s for
what they get
link to join
That’s it.
Step 2: Last Call Email (Day 19)
“Last chance.”
urgency
clarity
decision point
Step 3: Everything In Between = Content That Converts
3–6 content emails (depending on your rhythm), all following the same structure as the Signature Workshop Formula:
Story → Philosophy → Breakthrough → Call to Adventure
Story: pull them in emotionally
Philosophy: your point of view
Breakthrough: something they can apply
Call to Adventure: join the offer
That’s your entire marketing plan.
No complexity. No overthinking.
The goal is to ensure your content, messaging, and call to actions are all aligned with the thing you are trying to sell in that particular sales cycle.
Why This Works (And Why Most People Miss It)
Most people create content randomly, spontaneously, and sporadically.
They write whatever they feel like that week.
They post when they feel inspired.
There’s no alignment with the end goal or game.
But when you step back and say:
“For the next 30 days, everything I create points to this one thing…”
Everything sharpens into focus.
Your message gets clearer.
Your audience understands what you do.
And your sales go up.
The Deeper Strategy (Where This Gets Powerful)
Zoom out.
Look at:
the next 30 days
the next 90 days
the next 6 months
Ask:
What am I selling… and when?
Maybe:
Month 1: coaching
Month 2: workshop
Month 3: group program
Month 4: retreat
And then you repeat the cycle.
Now you’re not guessing anymore.
You’re building a content strategy and sales system that leads your audience where you want them to go.
The Exercise (Do This Now)
Take 5 minutes. No overthinking it. Just write a draft.
Part 1: Map Your Selling Cycles
What do you want to sell in the next 30 days?
What about 90 days?
What about 6 months?
Just sketch it out.
Part 2: Pick Your Focus
What is the ONE thing you’re selling right now?
That’s your arrow.
Part 3: Reverse Engineer
How many days do you have?
Is it a 21-day cycle?
30? 60?
Now build your content around it:
Launch email
Last call
3–6+ story-driven emails in between (depending on how much time you have before the cart closes).
Part 4: Simplify
If money is tight…
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Create a simple 2–3 hour workshop.
Charge $50–$150.
Fill it up.
Cash flow solves a lot of problems in business.
