Good Day Majik-Maker!
I’m going to tell you straight out of the gates...
This email is probably only for about 1–2% of the people reading it.
I’m specifically writing to the entrepreneurs, coaches, educators, creators and transformation leaders who have already spent 5-10+ years building your business and life’s work.
And you’ve got at least one other person supporting you operationally.
You’ve also:
built a loyal audience (small or large),
developed some valuable intellectual property (IP),
created offers that are making money,
built valuable relationships in your space,
proven that your work has value in the world.
served a LOT of people - so you know what you actually do and the kinds of people you serve,
And now you’re asking: What’s next?
If that’s NOT where you’re at right now, you can probably skip this email and stay tuned for the next one.
Or head over to the Making Majik Substack for some inspiration, motivation and ideas to help you figure out what’s next for you.
But if you ARE one of those people...
I’d love to talk to you.
Because there comes a point in almost every entrepreneur’s journey where the things that got us HERE aren’t necessarily the things that are going to get us THERE.
We all eventually hit another glass ceiling.
And when we get there, it can be frustrating (or scary) as hell.
You’ve worked your ass off for years building a business and suite of products or services that you’re genuinely proud of.
You KNOW what you’re doing AND who you’re doing it for.
But suddenly the same ol’ strategies may not be working like they used to... or they just don’t fulfill you in the same ways.
Things start breaking.
Maybe the business has gotten over-complicated.
You’ve got more ideas than you have time to implement.
Everything feels like it’s taped together, rather than having functional, scalable systems.
There are opportunities sitting in front of you that you KNOW you should be doing something with.
You aren’t sure how you could be leveraging AI and other tech.
You have a vast network but no idea what how to leverage it or what to ask them for support with.
You’ve created IP but don’t understand the licensing and partnership game - because you’re used to doing it all alone.
And you can feel that your business is ready for its next evolution, but you’re so damn close to everything you’ve built that it’s difficult to see exactly what needs to shift.
I’ve been an entrepreneur for 23+ years and I still hit these walls.
Hell, I’m doing it right now with Majik Kids (it’s a no shame game folks!)
That’s why I’ve brought in my own outside support to look at what we’ve built, challenge my thinking, help me see what I’m not seeing and figure out where the biggest opportunities are - based on what we’ve built.
That process is underway and will take - probably at least until the end of the year.
The thing is, we all need Creative Thought Partners.
Especially when we’re trying to break through a glass ceiling.
Because pivots can be scary when we go through them alone.
And after you’ve been doing your thing for 5, 10, 15 or 20+ years, I believe one of the biggest opportunities is rarely starting over.
It’s learning how to better LEVERAGE everything you’ve already built.
Your audience.
Your relationships.
Your reputation.
Your intellectual property.
Your programs.
Your workshops.
Your methodologies.
Your team.
Your customers.
Your network.
Your years of hard-earned experience.
Because there is often SO MUCH value sitting right underneath our noses that we simply can’t see anymore.
I’ve seen this again and again with established creators.
Relationships they’ve forgotten about.
Potential partners they don’t know how to approach or what even to ask for.
Intellectual property that could be repackaged or licensed.
Audiences they’re not properly serving or nurturing.
Collaboration opportunities you’ve never even thought of.
Workshops that could become audience-growth engines.
Offers that could be simplified, consolidated or expanded.
Janky systems that desperately need some love and care.
And really great ideas that have been sitting on the shelf for YEARS because there hasn’t been enough time, energy, strategy or support to bring them to life.
Sometimes, a few strategically pulled levers can completely change the trajectory of a business and give you more time, energy, money and inspiration for the juicy, creative stuff you once loved.
And THAT is what I want to spend the next 9 months doing with 3–5 entrepreneurs.
We’re going to look at everything you’ve built and figure out how to leverage the hell out of it.
The goal is pretty simple:
A bigger audience.
More revenue.
Better systems.
A clearer plan of action.
And more creative flow so you can spend more of your time doing the work that only YOU can do.
Everybody’s strategy will be different.
Because you’re bringing your own body of work, audience, relationships, intellectual property, team, opportunities, challenges and vision into the room.
We’re going to figure out where YOUR biggest leverage points are.
Then we’re going to help you pull those levers.
That’s the idea behind our new 9-Month Majik Accelerator Circle.
We’ll kick things off October 15–17 with a 2.5-day in-person retreat here at Studio Majik on Salt Spring Island.
We’re going to get underneath the hood of your business, look at what you’ve built, what’s working, what’s breaking, what’s being under-utilized and where your biggest opportunities are hiding.
Then we’ll map out your next chapter together.
From there, you’ll have nine months of private strategy and Creative Thought Partnership with me, an intimate Circle of experienced entrepreneurs around you, AND the Majik Media team helping you actually build and implement some of what we vision and co-create together.
This includes:
Your complete Signature Workshop Touring System,
Plus your choice of either our Partnership/IP & Licensing Growth Engine
OR Signature Workshop Tour Management.
This is the first time we’ve combined this level of long-term strategic support with our Done-For-You agency services inside one nine-month coaching container... with no revenue share.
The investment is $25,000. Flexible payment plans available.
Applications close this weekend.
But applying does NOT mean you’re committing to anything.
The application is the beginning of a conversation.
So if there’s even an inkling inside you saying...
“Shit. This might be exactly what I need right now.”
Follow the curiosity.

If you’ve already got a pretty good feeling this might be for you:
APPLY FOR THE MAJIK ACCELERATOR
Once you apply, you’ll be able to book a conversation with me to ensure this is an all-around fit.
We’ll talk about what you’ve built, where you’re feeling stuck, where you want to take things next and whether this is actually the right partnership for BOTH of us.
You can ask me anything you want.
And if you’d rather just hit reply to this email and tell me what’s going on in your business, do that.
No need to have it all figured out.
If you’ve got an inkling that having me, our Team Majik and a small Circle of experienced majik-makers in your corner for the next nine months could help you break through your next glass ceiling...
Because we all have our glass ceilings and there’s no shame in that! But we don’t have to stay stuck or in the same-ol’ patterns, routines and belief systems that keep us there.
And sometimes the breakthrough comes from having the right people around us who can see the opportunities we can’t see ourselves.
Because in life and business, our relationships are EVERYTHING.
Who we choose to surround ourselves with has a massive impact on the size of our vision, the quality of our thinking, the opportunities we see, the courage of our decisions, and ultimately, our levels of success AND fulfillment.
I’ve experienced this over and over again throughout my own entrepreneurial journey.
We all hit glass ceilings.
We all have blind spots.
And we all reach points where we need fresh eyes, fresh ideas and the right people in our corner to help us see what’s possible and build what comes next.
That’s what I hope this Circle becomes for the 3–5 entrepreneurs who join us.
If you have an inkling that you might be one of them, I’d love to talk.
Let’s make some Majik together!
