Link Arms, Shed Skin, Rise & Shine
A message for those who feel the shift — and know they’re here for it
A message for those who feel the shift — and know they’re here for it
I’ve been having a lot of deep conversations lately — and what I’m hearing is no joke. People are struggling.
Health. Finances. Family. Relationships. Worldly worries. “Spiritual warfare.”
It’s a wild time on Planet Earth. No denying that. And the distractions? They’re everywhere. Pulling at your attention. Hijacking your emotions. Trying to make you forget what matters most — your zone of genius, your sphere of influence, your piece of the cosmic puzzle.
So I’ll ask you plainly:
Are you getting distracted?
Are you looking outside yourself for comfort or answers?
Are you waiting on the sidelines until it feels safe to go?
We are born for these times.
We’ve been training for this moment.
If life were a sport, this would be the Championship.
And if we want to win — to truly step into the freedom we’ve envisioned — it’s going to be hard.
Like a snake, you’ll be forced to shed your old skin. To move into the new life, the new now, and the new you. And yes — that shedding can feel scary as hell. It’s an ego death. A letting go of old identities. A surrendering of the stories that no longer serve.
But that’s why we hit glass ceilings in life and business.
We can’t bring the baggage of the old world with us on this next trip.
Whether your breakthrough is going from $50K to $100K, or from $200K to $500K, it won’t happen by doing what you’ve always done.
“We can’t solve our biggest problems from the same level of consciousness that created them.” — Mr Einstein
We must evolve.
And that means change.
Change can be scary.
But it won’t kill us.
It will save us. It will liberate us.
Isolation kills evolution.
That’s one of the core truths I’ve learned on my path.
Trying to “figure it out” alone
Being too stubborn to ask for help
Refusing to be honest or vulnerable
These things delay transformation. They dim your light. They keep you stuck in a skin you’ve already outgrown… which can feel pretty damn claustrophobic.
The world is shifting. The old ways may not work anymore.
We’ve got to link arms.
I’m not saying I have all the answers. But I do know that when we come together, we have way more answers.
That’s the beauty of the Majik Mind.
It’s not just me coaching — it’s the community evolving together.
One person’s struggle often becomes the mirror for someone else’s breakthrough.
What does “linking arms” actually look like?
Hosting gatherings at your home
Relationships Marketing & Collaboration Strategies (learn more about this at 11am PT today on Zoom)
Joining or creating a mastermind
Delivering a meal to a friend in a rough season
Chopping firewood for someone who’s just had a baby
Offering your gifts freely when someone’s in need
Following your own joy, curiosity and sense of wonder
It means showing up with your heart open, ready to serve and receive.
We all have value to offer.
We all carry answers for each other.
We rise together so we can shine together.
We are the rising tide.
That’s who we’re here to be.
As the old world crumbles, we are the crew helping build what Charles Eisenstein calls “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.” But this will require doing things differently.
Proof from my own journey...
A few weeks back, I offered myself for a day of email coaching — and was flooded with responses.
People are hurting. But the answers?
They’re often simpler than we think.
Clarity can come in a single moment.
And when clarity returns, so does focus.
And with focus, we reclaim our power.
Our power is in our presence.
That was my tagline as a meditation teacher 20 years ago. Still true today.
So reclaim it.
Delete the apps that steal your presence
Cultivate the practices that restore it
Allow yourself to receive the help you know you need
The day I deleted social media changed everything.
Eight years ago, my soul was being crushed. I deleted all my accounts. Cold turkey. I couldn’t take it anymore.
That decision forced a shift in consciousness. That shift led me to Signature Workshops, to licensing, and to reinventing my business models into something more joyful, scalable, and aligned with the freedom my Spirit has always yearned for.
If I’d kept clinging to the “post-and-hope” model, I never would’ve discovered what works so much better.

The coaching call that saved my year
Before making the decision to sell a significant piece of Majik Kids earlier this year, I had a session that changed my trajectory.
My coach said:
“You don’t have to do this all alone.”
That single sentence cracked open a portal. I had felt backed against a wall, stuck, out of options. I’d invested more than half a million dollars of my own money into it, plus another $200K. We’d built something world class but it wasn’t growing fast enough and I knew I couldn’t scale it alone. But once he pointed me to possibilities I couldn’t yet see, I lit up with clarity, energy and enthusiasm again.
That’s what linking arms does.
If you're in a Dark Night of the Soul… I get it.
I’ve been on my knees, praying for the way forward. Begging for clarity. For light. For guidance out of the fog.
So if that’s you — I see you.
The light leads to clarity. Clarity leads to purpose. Purpose makes us come alive.
You don’t have to walk through this metamorphosis alone.
Together is better.
Make your work a work of art.
This, I believe, is the next phase of evolution for all of us.
Turn your pain into art.
Turn your confusion into creativity.
Let your business become a transmission of your Soul.
When we create from that place, we:
Magnetize the right people
Need less, want less, enjoy more
Feel alive, fulfilled, and deeply aligned
Don’t just make content.
Make art.
What’s in your control right now?
So much of what’s happening in the world is out of your hands.
But here’s what is in reach:
Making art
Moving your body
Meditation and prayer
Tending relationships
Building community
Serving clients
Staying grounded
Choosing to live YOUR best life — today
This is your forever game.
If you feel isolated, discouraged, or unsure of where to turn, remember:
You are playing the long game.
If you’re still reading this, you’ve likely found the work you’re here to do.
So tend to it. Daily. With reverence.
Don’t get distracted by shiny objects or scary headlines.
Breathe in. Head down. Show up. Take the next step.
Even better — link arms.
Find your people. Build your village.
And if my work resonates with you, consider joining:
You’re not meant to do this alone. We are stronger and better together. Let us link arms.
A short coaching practice for you today:
1. Identify your distractions.
What’s draining your energy, stealing your focus, pulling you off track? What can you let go of for 30 days? Name it and release it.
2. What kind of community are you calling in?
Where are you trying to do it all on your own? What kind of support would change everything for you? Make a list of where you’d love help or what unanswered questions you have to feel clear and on purpose. Feel free to share those questions with me by hitting the REPLY button… I may have some of that wonderful clarity you seek.
3. What fills your cup?
What lights you up and makes you feel more you? Prioritize that. Daily. Do the things that make you come alive. Lean into the practices that make you feel young, free and excited again. And find the people who inspire the shit out of you and link arms with them!
Now for a humble commercial break…
