During those five days, we took a step back and looked at everything she had built.

We consolidated hundreds of videos, audios, transcripts and teachings into a streamlined Mighty Networks community with more than 1000 pages of neatly organized, searchable content.
We designed the membership structure, pricing and founding-member offer.
We set up the technology, shopping cart and automations.
We created the visual identity, onboarding experience and content systems.
We developed the launch strategy and produced the invitations that would introduce this new community space to her audience.
Then, between Christmas and New Year’s, we opened a seven-day founding-member presale.
We honestly did not know what would happen next.
Tina had approximately 9000 followers and 3000 email subscribers... which is not a massive audience by internet standards.
But her people were deeply connected to her work.
They had spent years learning from her.
They trusted her.
And when she invited them into this new community, they leaned all the way in.
During that seven-day presale, Tina generated more than $250,000 USD.
That was about 5x her annual income in a week...
Her mind was blown.
So was mine.
The offer worked.
The pricing worked.
The invitation worked.
Most importantly, the community was something her audience genuinely wanted.
She Worked Less and Earned More
During the membership’s first year, Tina generated more than $386,000 USD in subscription sales.
Over the following two years of our partnership, the membership grew into a recurring revenue stream averaging $25,000 to $30,000+ per month.
Her paid retreats began selling out, sometimes on the same day they were announced.
Across our three-year partnership, the membership generated over $1 million USD in subscription revenue, with 1:1 coaching and retreat revenue on top of that.
But the money is only one part of what changed.
Tina was able to buy two homes for her two sons, including one she fully renovated.
She created the freedom to divide her time between the island and other beautiful places she discovered through her travels.
And instead of constantly creating more content, chasing more followers and working harder to grow, she finally had a business model that leveraged the years of work she had already done.
She worked less.
She made way more art.
She earned significantly more.
She got paid to travel to bucket list locations.
And she had more freedom to live the life she actually wanted.

I bumped into Tina again a few months ago.
