Passion topics, guided journeys, how-to’s, micro-workshops—write down as many ideas as possible. Then, choose one idea and clarify: - Who is it for? - What problem does it solve? - What are 3–5 tangible outcomes? - Why should they say yes?
The more you teach, the more clarity and momentum you build. 2025 is the year of not overthinking—just doing.
Marketing Your Workshops
Now, let’s talk about filling those workshops. In the video above, I walked you through how I used ChatGPT to generate a landing page for my storytelling workshop based on my intentions & prompts—super helpful, right?
It took a messy idea and turned it into something structured and ready to go. The key is giving it clear details: title, layout, date, price & my trusty template—boom, you’ve got a draft to work with.
But having a landing page isn’t enough—you need a strategy to get sign-ups. Here’s a formula I use to fill my monthly workshops: 1. Plan the workshop & create the landing page. 2. Write a series of emails (anywhere from 3–7) spaced out 21 - 30 says before the event. 3. First & last emails are straight-up promotions: “Hey, I’m teaching this in three weeks” → “Last chance to join tomorrow.” 4. In between, share valuable content—personal stories, case studies, useful tips, rants—whatever feels natural. 5. You could also offer an early bird price for the first week of your promotion.
This keeps your audience engaged and builds excitement.
